Deepening Our Mission To Be A Force For Nature

This is the most consequential decade for our planet. Wildfire and a changing climate threaten our safety, resources, biodiversity and health. Nature is not a nice-to-have amenity; it is the foundation of all life, a key factor in the physical and mental health of our communities, and the most impactful tool for fire resilience and climate action.

A growing community of doers are taking action by investing in six natural solutions that consider the health of our land, water and communities. These adaptive solutions work in alliance with nature to preserve the integrity of our land and resources, and also ensure safe access to nature and an equitable distribution of its benefits to all communities.

This campaign raises money and awareness for land protection, land restoration, stewardship and inclusive educational programming. We are bringing together diverse groups of people, government, businesses and foundations to invest together in natural solutions for the long term. With strong governance and financial practices, your investment in Sonoma Land Trust is well managed and your relationship with the organization is deeply valued. Together, we are making powerful and bold changes for a better future.

Campaign contributions can be recurring or one-time donations, multi-year pledges, foundation and government grants, or planned gift intentions. All funds raised or committed over the next two years will be counted toward the campaign and will support the work outlined in our 2021−2023 strategic plan.
